"Clutch Tools"


I made the two clutch tools out of a set of used clutch plates.

This tool is used for the removal of the clutch center nut that holds the clutch drum. It is basically a bunch of steel clutch plates, bolted together, with a handle welded to the top steel plate.

I made the handle long enough that it would rest against the footrest for either tightenig or loosening the appropriate part.

This tool is used for the removal of the clutch basket. It is basically a bunch of friction plates with one steel plate at the top, bolted together, with a handle welded to the top steel plate.
