I offset the chocks to allow for a bike with a slightly longer wheelbase that an R1.There is room ahead of the chocks for two bikes that I would use a portable chock like the Bike GrabThe chock can be taken out or put in place in about 10 seconds. The mounts are totally flush when the chock is removed. The mounts connect to the floor with quick release Dzus fasteners.The mounts connect to the floor with quick release Dzus fasteners.
I bought 15ft or 12Two bikes in the trailer, setup to carry four total.The Suzuki tied downto the Black and Gray chock. Notice where the strap goes. No pressure on the forks.The 996 tied down using a removeable Bike Grab stand.
